HandleLife Summer Academy, powered by The PAC, is a nonprofit organization that provides youth with academic support and athletic training to develop high character student-athletes committed to discipline, teamwork, and the ability to overcome adversity.

HandleLife Summer Academy

A Day in the Life at HandleLife Summer Academy:

  • Basketball Skill Training: Intensive sessions focusing on ball-handling, shooting, defense and footwork. Including offensive and defensive gameplay to build on-court performance.
  • Performance Training: Customized workouts designed to improve strength, agility, and endurance, ensuring athletes are physically prepared for the demands of the game.
  • Film Study: Analytical sessions where players review game footage to understand tactics, recognize areas for improvement, and develop a deeper basketball IQ.
  • Leadership & Mental Health Workshops: Programs aimed at fostering leadership qualities, teamwork, and mental resilience, essential components for success both on and off the court.

We are committed to developing well-rounded athletes through a comprehensive training regimen that mirrors the routines of NBA professionals.
